original German relic M42 helmet with bullet battle damage. looks like a double entry hole, rounded side by side, it's entered front left ( looking straight on) and exited through the skirt so came from slightly above, if being worn this would have been catastrophic for the wearer. Helmet metal is sturdy with no rust holes, some paint remaining to brow. part of chinstrap to inside liner long gone. been in my collection many years but I am certain it's an Eastern Front relic. any questions please email PLEASE NOTE I can only get to the post office on Saturday mornings due to work
