Vol 2 No 3 - Nov 1975 - A Walt Lees special Vol 4 No 11 - July 1978 - mainly Phil Goldstein Vol 4 No 12 - Aug 1978 - including contributions from Wayne Dobson, Phil Goldstein, Simon Lovell and Eric Mason (Beauideal - which I remember purchasing as a separate effect from Repro Magic in the 1990s!)
