WWI Cavalry Spurs Nice pair of nickel cavalry spurs. They come complete with leather straps; although we have softened the leather, they are still weak. The spurs are stamped 1915 and a manufacturer's name I can’t make out. The towels have been replaced with what looks like silver shillings. Condition The spurs would benefit from polishing; these have not, as they may end up as props. The leather is delicate now; we have softened the leather, but I wouldn’t try and tighten them onto a boot. The rowels as mentioned above have been replaced with what appear to be silver shillings.
