Pathfinder force 1944: Flt Lt John Wilkin DFM

A navigator with 156 Squadron Pathfinder force based at RAF upwood. The last operational mission of 156 Squadron was on the 25th of April 1945 when 16 Lancaster’s bombed gun batteries on the island Wangerooge of the north western coast of Germany.
