Each ceramic poppy is a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made during the First World War. Both of these poppies were amongst the 888,246 used in theBlood Swept Lands and Seas of Red outdoor installation in the moat of the Tower of London to mark the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War.
