Completed WOTC opened team rocket devastation theme deck. Deck is still almost complete with counters, card lists, rule book (version 3) and all cards from the set, just missing the singular coin that comes with the set. Holo and rare/uncommon cards from this set have been placed into penny sleeves for protection from movement within the box. At worst some cards are LP but range heavily due to how poorly these old boxes used to fit the cards.
