Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee 1977 12" Brass Collection Plate or Wall Plaque

Heavy brass plate or wall plaque (it was originally possibly intended to be a church collection plate or similar). Appears to be hand-made - and has a possiblemaker's mark on the rear of "KJM " (or similar) followed by the date "77-3 " (March 1977).
