This was brand new in the box but I had to cut the plastic ties around it to take it out of the box to change the batteries to make sure it worked The box is pretty dusty and I tried to clean it the best I could. Tigger was dusty also and I clean him up also. This is so cute. He says tons of things and interacts. This is a rare little gem.
