The paperweight is a combination of beautiful cobalt blue, golden coloured stripes with an intricate lattice centre. Quite possibly Baccarat, Whitefriars or Robert Eickholt ?. Engraved in the middle of the base is the Police motto and thistle Semper Vigilo.
