+++ Expert in the field informed me that this could be from the very last couple of Luftwaffe Junkers shot down in Britain in World War II ++++++ Acquired from West Wycombe archaeological airfield in the 1990’s After writing the listing I contacted the friend who informed me that he thinks that this may be the very last Luftwaffe which was shot down in Britain in World War II. It was shot down near to West Wycombe. My friend is so very knowledgeable about such matters and I include in the photographs a short description that he sent to me about this .. The item itself is a Ju88 JUMO engine piston and rod.
