Both spray painted. One new version and one old. L/XL is sized correctly but M/L fits more like a small/x small. Comes with pads for the L/XL helmet but they need the velcro putting back into the shell to attach them. One nvg shroud is metal and one is plastic. Also comes with a spare old style nvg shroud.
