Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Arthur Leetham KCVO, CMG (1859-1933) was a distinguished British Army officer who served with theRoyal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers in the late 1890s, eventually rising to the rank of Major before transferring to the regular Royal Engineers as a Lieutenant-Colonel.
