This is a Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal, created in 2002 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of her reign.The medal features a gilt finish and is suspended from a blue ribbon with a central white stripe and red edge stripes. Medals were awarded to members of the Armed Forces and emergency services who had completed five years of service by February 6, 2002.
