A rare Royal Navy Ward Room Mess Bowl/Plate . Made by Globe Potteries marked Globe Potteries Cobridge with Royal Navy fouled Anchor and Arsenal marks. This mark indicates the item was made between 1930 and 1940 Ward Room Mess plates would have been used by Officers of the Navy. The bowl is in perfect condition no chips or cracks. it has some firing marks.
