Soviet WWII aluminum equipment / utility tag. Ground find from the Soviet combat positions near Érgli (Latvia). This oval aluminum tag features hand-stamped numbers "40-14", the abbreviation "ВП" (likely standing for Military Equipment/Post - "Voennaya Pochta" or "Veschevoy"), and the partial year stamp "194.. г." (194... year). A very interesting, authentic artifact for a WWII Red Army reenactment ,or personal collection.
