The shade is in good pre-owned condition. The maker of the item has their name and year inscribed on one side panel. Nice coloring. No breaks or cracks in glass, there are some light paint speckles. Please review all the pictures. Measures 15.5" wide, 8" tall and has a top opening of 3.5". Does not come with the lamp, it was for an example of how the shade was used. Shipped by FedEx Ground.
