This Star Wars Episode 1 Watto with Datapad 12" action figure is a vintage collectable from the year 1999. It is part of the Star Wars franchise, specifically from the film I: The Phantom Menace. It has never been open but it looks like so e of the material used to hold it in place has started to deteriorate, see pictures.
