Star Wars Model Kit - AMT ERTL Imperial TIE Fighters & Tie Interceptor- Vintage From research I believe that the Tie fighters are 1:48 scale and the Tie Interceptor is 1:50 scale. Please refer to photographs with tape measure for an idea of actual size in cm/inches. Made by myself but these are wasted being kept in storage. Rear hatch missing from the Interceptor. Top hatch on ONE of the tie fighters opens. The others on the remaining tie fighter and tie Interceptor do not.
