The Restaurant was owned by Harry Sugarman ("Sugie") and located on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. In 1953 it was sold and converted into The Luau by Steve Crane, who was married to Lana Turner. The restaurant was a 'hot spot' for the movie crowd and fans of the movie stars.
