Don't ask why, I don't know either. You'll only notice this if you compare these side by side with an original, so just don't do that. Great manuals that are priced down so that if they did every get soaked at an event, then these could easily be replaced and most importantly you don't have to risk taking originals into the field and then trying to keep them safe from downpours or gusts of wind!
