The insignia is worn on the lapels of the Army Service Uniform jacket. Enlisted soldiers wear the branch insignia on the wearer's left collar, opposite the "U.S." insignia disk. Officers, apart from most general officers, wear branch insignia on both lapels, beneath the "U.S." insignia.
