About 15" x 10". Neat historic find. As-found condition. Cover binding is a little loose. Label on front is partially missing. Earliest date is August 14 1918, latest March 31 1919. Later in the book there is an inventory of pharmacy or apothecary records from 1959, just on the two pages, though.
