Vesta or Matchbox case in brass, it has a lead crown insignia badge attached to the front with the initials BG, however the badge is worn. On the side is the word ROUEN, a town in France. On the reserve it reads The Great War 1918. I don’t know much of this items history as it was handed to me by my Aunt - it’s probably some thing from my Great Grand Father.
