This is an old hoover shampoo floor Polisher from my grandma! I've plugged it in and the motors both turn. Other than that have done no testing. Bit grubby but sure in the right hands can be leaned up nicely! Any questions please ask. I've tried to photograph the issues I can see, (the crumbled conduit and the rusted off paint). But otherwise seems in good nick! Collection preferred.
