Vintage 1970's Twisted Glass Lamp Base

It's in working order but the wire that's connected at the top should be checked (see photos) . Height around 33.5 cm excluding the fitting and 12cm across the base. I think it's Angus Sillers at Strathearn Glass but I'm not 100% sure.
