The hallmarks are for Toye Kenning & Spencer, Birmingham, 1972. The top bar bears the lion passant and date letter on the lower part and the centre section bears the lion and date stamp to the rear, quite hard to detect, but is just under where the vertical fastener crosses the horizontal fastener, obscured by the ribbon.
