Condition is Used Overall IN fair to good condition Size Approx 9" x 6.25" COVER has some very light age wear and tiny amounts of creasing There is a small amount of peeling to the outer clear cover on the back of the book INNER PAGES - 2nd Page of the story has a small wear mark on the bottom right edge A couple of pages have some very tiny marks and very light creasing otherwise no rips, tears or pen marks that I can see Please study pictures carefully as pictures form part of the description
