Vintage Army/Alpine Canvas Rucksack. It’s A Bargin

I’ve seen these for sale for£100 it’s a bargin. Possibly a military rucksack, but this type or very similar were used by German Alpine mountaineers in the 1930’s onwards and on the successful 1953 German/Austrian Nanga Parbat expedition.
