This is a vintage British Post Office (P.O.) multimeter, model No. 12C/1, housed in its original brown leather carry case. This was a garage find and as such is sold as seen. All battery terminals are in good condition as seen in photographs.Also the pictures show that the wax -“tamper evidence”seals on the screws at the back have not been broken. The seal guarantees that the meter has been tested and certified by a qualified inspector and has not been altered since that date.To maintain its complete authenticity I have not removed those seals. Ideal for collectors of telecommunication equipment.
