This is an old crusty/rusty Vespa touch-up paint tin.It has fiesta blue paint inside it but very much doubt it is still fit for porpoise and therefore would make an ideal prop in some kind of garage display.It's been in my shed for nigh on thirty years and I bet it was kicking around for more before. Shows obvious signs of wear and tear i.e. rust etc. It is what it is and I don't see many around these days.It is 6cm tall and 4.5cm in diameter..Please study the photos carefully and make your own judgement.
