This has a chip on underside of fitter, no other problems chips, cracks, flaws that I find. That is very typical on almost all old glass shades. Will not be seen when mounted. I think it is uranium but my black light is not working. Please use your own judgment as to whether or not it may glow. I'm guessing it will, but don't know for sure. It is vintage, if not antique. Has 4" fitter, it is 5" tall and 9" across. All-over etched pattern is beautiful!
