This is a very rare original No. 15 green Bakelite gpo mouthpiece. From the 1950s, it has a few tiny nibbles on the rim and a small missing piece on the outer rim. Hardly noticeable when fitted to the 164 handset. A replacement for a damaged or missing mouthpiece. Full colour with no fading and that apart from the faults would be perfect.
