The item is in good used condition.Great looking with natural wear and corrosion.This was used by an artist for storing paints and brushes hence the old paint on the inside of the lid which was obviously used as a palette.Constable’s The Haywain is depicted on the lid.The item measures 21.5 x 15.5 x 7 centimetres with the lid on.Nice item with enormous character and provenance.
