Item is Pre-owned and loose. Small blemish on right side of witches hat and the spring is out of place so head is floppy. Spring is still inside. I tried to show both as best as possible. This vintage Witch A PEZ dispenser from 1957 features a distinct bright orange head and a black stem without feet. It is one of the first character PEZ dispensers ever produced.
