This is a Turner Wall Accessories print from I would guess the 1960s. It is 10" x 10" square, has a green velvet mat, gold frame, and a print of a little girl holding flowers. The print has a texture to it so it almost looks like a painting. The frame is fabulously chippy, which adds to the vintage charm.
