This wonderful "Venos Lightning Cough Mixture" lithographed tin showcard or sign is in good "as found" condition. It appears to have been very little used, the folding legs on the back haven't been bent out and it has its' original hanging string. It has retained a good depth of colour and the stylish lettering, image and background colours also have a good gloss too. However, there is are light scuffs, marks and scratches and one of the bottom corners has a bend and a crease and there is a slight bend to the one of the top corners. The back of sign has the manufacturers details and maintenance instructions. I have tried to show the condition in the pictures. The sign measures 24 cm (9 1/2 inches) by 19 cm (7 1/2 inches).
