I am unsure of the date of this watercolour (possibly 1970's/80's), which is on textured watercolour paper, but it is a very good copy of a work by Victorian Military Artist Frank Feller. Frank Feller did a series of paintings of British Uniforms which were published as chromolithographs by J S Virtue in 'Military Uniforms of the British Army' in the 1880's.
