These carriers were made April 16, 1960 by CCA and bought later that year by the Dekar Co. in preparation for its much-anticipated 1961 "Spring Run" of new sodas. Col. Dekar was a decorated WWII US Army Air Force pilot who flew 79 combat missions and then served as a military test pilot.
