War Department Marked Leather Reinforced Tool Bag ~ Undated

WD stamped steel reinforced leather tool bag. In a good used condition. Still solid but does have some wear and tear and part of the metal frame has a cut in it, see pics. Can see no date on it. These were used wartime and post war also.
