These commemorative plates were given by Elizabeth Muriel Combie to the widows of fallen soldiers at her Manor in 1916. They are very collectible and this one is in good condition for a hundred year old plate. Small mark on edge (see photo of back) not noticeable on the front. A few marks but the writing is very clear with no fading.
