lovely set of medals for Pte Albert Edward Perks killed on the 9th May 1915 he had only joined up on the 22nd March 1915 and was killed in action along with 7 other men in Jonesville. I have plenty of research to include. Albert married Ellen Warwick in 1912 and they had a daughter Evelyn Ellen born 1912 , his wife Ellen died in 1916 leaving Evelyn an orphan at the age of 4 yrs old . Evelyn died age 6 in 1919.
