George Henry Prout was born in 1887 in Devonport, Devon. George was married to Edith Prout at age 24 years, where they lived at 5 St Vincent's Place, Laira Avenue, Laira Plymouth. The group was responsible for all the training units allocated to RAF Coastal Command.
