A WW2 British home guard helmet. Has one home stamped out either side to denote it was made from sub standard steel and not to be used as a combat helmet. Dated 1941 on the chin strap, but I can’t make out a manufacturer. The liner has stated to come away at the sides, but still sits in place by the screw/bolt. The liner is dated 1939, manufactured by VERO and is a size 6 3/4. Any questions please ask. A great addition to your collection.
