This is a Rare softcover book / magazine "Schicklgruber" a WWII propaganda publication parodying Hitler ,Hess and Mussolini. It was printed and published by J F Parr Calcutta in 1943 with all profits from the sales given to The Red Cross Fund. It is in very good condition with the cover being a bit grubby with minor foxing and name to front, there are no tares, folds ,creasing or loose pages.
