A very rare June 1945 late World War 2 German Urkunde Award Notice For The Wound Badge Awarded to a JOHANN OHM from the Ship Kreuzer Lützow. The Besitz Zeuginis was Issued on the 17th June 1945 by the Naval Hospital in Schleswig. Completely Genuine and Original. The official stamp bears no Swastika only the Eagle holding a wreath. This was in use from early 1945 by various military departments including Hospitals and administrative departments very unusual and rare.
