This Pewter Tankard was awarded by the 9th Leicestershire Rifle Volunteers, Monthly Challenge Cup in 1873 to Sergeant John Burdett on August 23rd. It is in very good condition for its age. The tankard has a clear glass bottom / base, also in very good condition.
