A rare, antique ‘Cutter-Lid’ tobacco tin. It has “Williamson’s Worcester Patent” stamped on the underside. The tin was patented by W.B. Williamson & Sons, Providence Works, Worcester in 1885. On the underside of the lid there is a small sharp point/ cutter used to break the airtight seal.
