Antique Plate presented to the families of fallen servicemen during WW1. Sometimes referred to as a 'death' Plate. The plate is a burnt orange with a central area for an image of the deceased. Flanked by images of Lord Kitchener and Admiral Jellico. Notation reads 'England expects that every man will do his duty and (name of fallen) did his. measures 24.5cm in good condition, has crazing all over commensurate with age. See photo for condition.
