Untested as I don't have a battery for it, but it looks like it needs some work, for a start I noticed the positive battery terminal has come off its wire. Other than that the only other issues are cosmetic like a broken piece of plasticon the right and its a bit dirty but no corrosion. All the knobs turn and click in place, and the tuner travels fine.
