This is a WW2 US Navy ships fire team helmet made by McCord heat stamp number 883 F made approximately May 1943 with original straps, please note left strap clip broken, there is some corrosion as seen in photo’s, but the helmet is solid with no cracks, this must be a Rare helmet especially this side of the Atlantic here in the UK.
